Internet Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Care Department is open 6 days a week. As our holiday season draws nearer our hours of operation will be extended. However, right now we are open:

Monday-Wednesday: 10AM-6PM
Thursday-Saturday: 10AM-5PM

Primary Responsibilities:

A typical day entails answering inbound calls, e-mails and live chat inquires from customers regarding; new orders, order status, returns, inventory availability and product details. All of our orders are reviewed daily or multiple times, depending on the sensitivity of their status. Outbound calls and e-mails are a part of this review process so we may keep our customers as up-to-date as possible. Internal communication is also a significant activity in our department. A day doesn’t pass where we don’t talk to our store locations, warehouses, buyers, website development, and web content teams. This level of communication helps us to constantly improve our way of life and the overall flow of our productivity. Customer Care is on the front lines for our company and the customer experience is our highest priority.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • You must actively participate in Downhill Skiing, Snowboarding, Kayaking, Hockey or Inline Skating and have general knowledge of the equipment needed for the sport.
  • Have great verbal and written communication.
  • Have a general understanding of computers and the internet.
  • Possess the ability to multitask.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment with the opportunity for individual projects.
  • 1+ years experience in Customer Service.
